Pre Needle Loom

Pre needle loom, as the first needle loom in work flow, its needling stroke is higher than others, needle distribution density is less than others. For the needle loom, its purpose is to mechanically intertwine fibers to produce cohesion strength by high frequency needling work on fiber batt.

Functionality & application:

1.By means of the needle punching process, the fiber will be entangled to create cohesive force that makes the fiber web to be bonded.

2. It’s applicable for making a variety of nonwovens: carpet, felt, interlining, geotextile, filtration media etc.
